Can we add a "Group booking" category to chats?

· Today 15:42Hello Bell team, Cloudbeds sync hasn't produced any update since 13:00. I already tried to re-auth manually, same error (401). It's a busy Saturday afternoon for us, any help appreciated 🙏

Today 15:55Logs show the OAuth token was refreshed at 13:00 but every subsequent call gets 401. Looks like Cloudbeds rotated their signing key on their side. Let me confirm with their API team.

· Today 16:02Hi Yasmine, we're looking at it right now. The issue is on Cloudbeds side — their signing key rotated earlier today. I'm escalating with their API team and will re-auth your integration once they confirm. In the meantime you won't lose any bookings, they'll replay after reconnection.
